Louise is a specialist neurological Occupational Therapist, experienced Case Manager and Director of a well-established rehabilitation and case management service supporting individuals with acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury and other complex conditions. With more than 35 years dedicated to neurological rehabilitation, Louise began her career in acute and inpatient neurorehabilitation before founding her own practice in 2002.

Her organisation delivers Rehabilitation Support Work, Case Management, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Medico-Legal reporting. Working with clients who present with diverse and complex needs, Louise and her team develop highly individualised programmes that promote social participation, physical recovery, psychological wellbeing and vocational outcomes.

Louise is an Advanced Member of the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM) and has served as Chair since 2025, having previously been a member of the BABICM Council from 2018 to 2024. She is also actively involved in professional community initiatives, including North Cumbria Headway and the Northern Acquired Brain Injury Forum.
